More From Paris

The Eiffel Tower, for 10 minutes at the start of every hour, has flashing bulbs that sparkles all along the length of the tower.
A view of the Eiffel Tower from the Arc de Triomphe, another famous Parisian landmark.
And if you never heard of the Arc de Triomphe, that’s OK. Got a picture right here for you. It was commissioned to be built by Napoleon Bonaparte (NOT Dynamite) in 1806 after the French victory at Austerlitz. Notice the intricate carvings in the sides of the structure. It is much more impressive in person than a picture can portray.
How do you save money in Paris? Buy your baguette like all Parisians, and have some cheese and meat with it.
I, for one, will be sorry when your trip ends…but don’t tell your mother I said that…lol. I’m enjoying the pictures, blogs and postcards. Thank you, Brian!

I don’t know why, but the baguettes in Paris just taste 10 times better than the ones in the US. Enjoy
