Travel news and deals of interest to YOU from around the Web compiled and edited by NoDebtWorldTravel.com:

Expensive Cities on the Cheap

Your big cities around the world don’t have to cost a lot as this article shows. In fact I’m going to try out some of the ideas for New York City.

Vanish With A Trace

Reviews of the paid baggage tagging and return systems in case it is lost or ‘mishandled’ by your carrier. Your best bet: Get everything in a carry-on and skip checking luggage if you can.

Why Asia Has The World’s Best Airports

I would chime in here and say Asia has the world’s best airlines too, and I would not get many disagreements from other travelers.

Inside the No-Frills, Long Haul Flight on Air Asia X
If you’re in Europe and need to get to Asia on the cheap, this could be your best…and only option

You want to travel, but you want your journey to have some additional meaning. A chance to do good abroad could not only help someone else, but maybe help yourself too.

In Thailand I did have the durian and while it did smell bad, it wasn’t repulsive enough for me to not actually enjoy it. I also ate some kind of insect from a bag in Patong. I have no idea what I ate, but I’m still here.

JetBlue lands its first Central America Flight in Costa Rica
Important because competition to a destination as popular as Costa Rica means great fares. In fact JetBlue is running a super fare of $78 each way between Orlando, Florida and San Jose, Costa Rica. If you’re in Orlando or can get there on the cheap, that’s a great deal.

With reference to your first article cheap stuff to do in expensive cities – It only gave BBC as an option for TV audience tickets.
There is more choice at http://www.applausestore.com which includes other TV stations like ITV
Also the Royal Festival Hall on the South Bank often has free live music on Saturdays at noon
Actually there are usually free events on South Bank every weekend. don’t come to London without checking out their website http://www.southbankcentre.co.uk/ – This weekend they have the free chocolate festival at the South Bank Square – guess who’s going for that? ;-D
